📦 Lost & Missing Package Policy


Your order is important to us. Please review our policy for lost or missing packages carefully:

  1. Packages marked as “delivered” with clear photo proof of delivery (including door/house number)

    • If tracking shows a valid delivery photo (excluding confirmed carrier delivery to the wrong address), we cannot process refunds or replacements.
    • As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer a discount coupon for your next order.
    • Please monitor your tracking updates closely and ensure your delivery address is secure.

  2. Packages lost in transit or with no tracking updates for an extended period

    • If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or tracking has not updated for a prolonged time, please contact our support team.

  3. Packages marked as “delivered” but no delivery proof is available

    • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us and your local carrier immediately to file a lost package claim.
    • Once a valid lost claim is confirmed with the carrier, we will process a refund or replacement for your order.
